What is BankBolet?

BankBolet is a web-based platform that helps bolet operators run their business professionally. It tracks every ticket sold, calculates payouts automatically, and gives each person in the operation — from the owner to the street agent — exactly the tools they need.

The three roles

How it works

There are three roles in BankBolet. Each person logs in and sees only what they need to do their job.

Master
The platform operator — that's you or your service provider.
Opens draws, enters winning numbers, manages all bancas and agents, sets payout rules, controls lòk (number blocking), and sees the full financial picture.

Banca Owner
The person who runs a bolet operation and has agents working for them.
Manages their own agents, sees all tickets sold, pays out winners, tracks commissions, and handles online payment confirmations.

Agent
The person who sells tickets directly to players.
Logs in from any phone or computer, selects a lottery, picks a bet type, enters the player's number and amount, and issues a ticket with a receipt. That's it.

How a ticket gets sold

Common questions

Can an agent sell tickets from their phone?
Yes. The agent screen is designed for mobile. Any phone with a browser can sell tickets.
Can a banca owner see what their agents are selling in real time?
Yes. The banca dashboard updates live — sales, tickets, and agent activity.
What happens if a number gets too many bets?
Master can lock any number instantly. Once locked, agents cannot sell that number until it's unlocked.
Can players check if they won without calling the banca?
Yes. There is a public results page where anyone can enter their ticket number and see if they won.
Does BankBolet process payments?
No. BankBolet tracks tickets and payouts. How players pay their agents — cash, Zelle, PayPal — is between them and the banca.
How many agents can a banca have?
There is no limit. A banca can have as many agents as needed.
